Job Description
As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be the link that ties all client relationships together, providing excellent customer service, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a uniform experience for existing and potential clients.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a customer service/sales support role within a financial services or insurance firm
- Post-secondary degree in business, finance, economics, or other related discipline
- Canadian Investment Funds Institute (CIFI) courses, Canadian Securities Course, and/or Ethics and Conduct Code courses completed or in progress
- Holder of the ACCFM or OCRCVM permit, or willing to follow all required continuing education to obtain this permit
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to anticipate client needs and follow up in a timely manner
- Organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Office365, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- Bilingualism (French and English proficiency)
