Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Underwriter to join our team at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the financial and property risks associated with multifamily developments, and providing recommendations to our clients on the acceptability of these risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in multifamily underwriting
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both official languages
- Proven leadership skills
