Job Description

This role involves building relationships with residents, processing leases, and maintaining property operations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Property management software knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented.
