Job Description
CAPREIT is seeking highly organized, customer-oriented individuals for a Leasing Specialist position in Côte Saint-Luc, QC. The role focuses on resident relations, leasing process management, and ensuring resident satisfaction through excellent customer service. Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and property management software.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
