The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to two Vice Presidents and other senior leaders. They will handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and work independently and within a team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant role supporting at the Director level
- Experience supporting an event planning, marketing or communications team a definite plus
- Technically savvy with advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong initiative, positive energy and ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion
- Well organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive with the ability to recognize how to increase the effectiveness of the VP, without specific direction
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high energy, high volume changing work environment
