Job Description
As a first in seat Product and Design Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to Hiring Managers, leading full cycle recruiting and developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders
- Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems
- Ability to leverage metrics to inform hiring tactics and strategies
