The Total Rewards Analyst plays a critical role within Canfor's Total Rewards team, providing analytical expertise, data insights, and recommendations to support the design, administration, and improvement of Canfor's total rewards programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS and market survey tools
- CPHR, CCP or CEBS certification (or working toward certification)
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong investigative mindset
- Demonstrates outstanding integrity and ethical standards
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build effective relationships across teams
