Job Description
Capco is seeking a Finance Transformation Management Consultant to join a team working with financial institutions in the UK. The role involves delivering finance transformation projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and implementing automation solutions, with a focus on process automation and optimisation. The consultant will have a key role in helping leading financial institutions adapt to change and improve their finance functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering finance transformation projects within financial services.
- Strong understanding of finance operating models, accounting fundamentals, and regulatory impacts.
- Expertise in process automation technologies and optimisation methodologies within finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) is a plus.
