Job Description
Capco is seeking Principal Consultants to join their growing Finance Transformation team within the FRRF practice, specifically focusing on regulatory change and financial process optimization. The role involves driving finance strategy, improving controls, and leveraging technology to optimize the value of finance and treasury functions. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide a full project lifecycle implementation.
Requirements
- Experience delivering finance transformation in financial services or consulting.
- Practical knowledge of regulatory change, accounting processes, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of finance operating models, controls, and risk/tax compliance.
- Experience with finance technology implementations (e.g. ERP, subledgers, automation and optimisation tools).
- Strong business analysis or project management credentials.
