This is a critical role focused on organization and the smooth execution of recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in an operations, coordination, or recruiting support role (internships count)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with scheduling across multiple calendars, tools, and time zones
• Experience with an ATS (Ashby is a plus)
