FBS – Farmer Business Services is seeking a Control and Governance Analyst to serve as the first line of defense in risk and compliance management. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to established risk frameworks and business operations controls, reducing exposures and strengthening the overall control environment. They partner with Capgemini, managing local payroll and benefits.
