Job Description
FBS – Farmer Business Services is seeking an FBS Control and Governance Analyst to ensure the effectiveness of risk and compliance management programs. Capgemini acts as the Employer of Record, managing local payroll and benefits. This role is the first line of defense in ensuring a strong business control environment and minimizing exposures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in control or governance or as a Junior Project Manager or Project Management Specialist
- BS in Computer Science or similar
- Previous experience in Finance / Insurance / Healthcare / or Regulated industries
- Full English Fluency
- Organization and Planning Skills
- Detailed Oriented
- Excellent Communication and follow up
- Excel Knowledge (Intermediate Advance)
