Job Description
Capgemini is seeking an IT Change Management Specialist to drive risk mitigation throughout the change management lifecycle. This role involves analyzing proposed and implemented changes, evaluating dependencies, forecasting impact, and executing changes with minimal risk. The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT and application teams to ensure comprehensive risk coverage and maintain standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Conduct risk assessments for each change request.
- Develop, document, and validate implementation and rollback plans.
- Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions.
- Communicate change details, risk considerations, and contingency plans.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams.
- Oversee testing and validation processes.
- Maintain standard operating procedure documentation.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
