We are seeking a Lead Engineer to manage maintenance in facilities, responsible for training staff and ensuring smooth upkeep/repair operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong technical and leadership skills in areas like electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Inspect facilities and determine problems.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules.
• Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance technicians.
• Supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain building systems.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in project coordination (e.g. renovations).
