Analyst, Asset Management

We are seeking an Analyst, Asset Management to assist with regular and ad-hoc reporting and research in student housing and hospitality market and industry trends, communicate with property managers, and support monthly property performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines including real estate, economics or finance
• Up to 2 years' experience in real estate, finance, accounting, property management or other operational fields
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working in a multi-cultural, cross-border environment
