Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Private Capital Markets (Product Development), you will be supporting the Private Capital Markets, Product Development team in the drafting and preparation of investor presentations, conducting market research, and supporting on-site due diligence.
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines
- Keen interest in real estate business, particularly in fund management activities for funds for institutional investors
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
- Proactive and resourceful, with an inquisitive mind
- Skilled in data analysis, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
