Senior Analyst, Southeast Asia

As a Senior Analyst, Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for preparing financial models, feasibility studies, and investor pitch decks for investments opportunities in the Southeast Asia region. You will also participate in deal evaluation, market analysis, and deal approvals, and support regional business development efforts.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Real Estate or related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in an investment function
• Proficient in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies
• Self-starter, able to multi-task effectively and work independently with limited supervision
• Good critical thinking and business acumen, intellectual curiosity balanced with a practical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and a good sense of urgency
• Openness to embracing AI technologies and a willingness to learn and apply AI tools to enhance investment practices
