Surgical Technologist (CST), Regions Operating Room

HealthPartners is seeking a Surgical Technologist (CST) to join their Operating Room team in a Level I Trauma Center. This role involves assisting with the O.R. suite preparation, sterile field maintenance, and surgical techniques under the guidance of the Circulator. New graduates are highly encouraged to apply. The position offers a 1.0 FTE schedule with shifts split into 6:45a - 3:00p and 3:00p - 11p, plus occasional overnight and weekend coverage.

Requirements

• Completion of a surgical technologist training program
• National certification exam offered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• CPR certification required at time of employment
• Completion of national certification exam offered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• Completion of national certification exam offered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
