Job Description
The Texas Education Agency is seeking a Lead, Leadership Academies to launch, develop, and continuously improve Leadership Academy. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, development, and execution of various academy cohorts to build systems-level leadership in aspiring superintendents and other roles. The role requires significant internal and external stakeholder engagement and performance management to ensure high-quality development and experiences that lead to effective onboarding and matriculation.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
- At least five (5) years of experience in one or more of the following: managing large, complex programs; serving in a school or district leadership role; building and delivering executive-level content and training; managing technical assistance providers; or coordinating operations and event management
