Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Trust & Estates Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with drafting and preparing estate planning documentation, coordinate beneficiary correspondence, and provide support in the administration of estates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Trust + Estates attorneys and/or practice groups
- Advanced knowledge of estate planning processes, probate matters, and trust administration
- Expertise in preparing and managing documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Strong proficiency with gift tax preparation and asset transfer documentation
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
