Job Description
The Opportunity: Trust + Estates Paralegal. Assist attorneys with drafting and preparing estate planning documentation, provide support in the administration of estates, and collaborate with clients and external parties to facilitate the resolution of estate and trust issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Trust + Estates attorneys and/or practice groups.
- Advanced knowledge of estate planning processes, probate matters, and trust administration.
- Expertise in preparing and managing documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Strong proficiency with gift tax preparation and asset transfer documentation.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
