Job Description
Carboline is seeking motivated students for an immersive 12-week summer internship focused on Process Engineering. The internship provides hands-on experience streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and innovating using Lean principles. Opportunities include teamwork, mentorship, and industry exposure.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Available to work 30-40 hours per week from May through August.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
