Job Description
Carboline is seeking motivated students for a summer internship to join their Process Engineering team. This 12-week program offers hands-on experience working on manufacturing excellence, collaborative projects, and opportunities for professional development. Interns will collaborate on optimizing processes, analyze designs, and contribute to a safety-focused culture within a global, St. Louis-based coatings manufacturer.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
- Available to work 30-40 hours per week from May through August
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physical Requirements: Light physical activity and extended computer use (up to 8 hours/day)
- Occasional visits to the production floor
