Job Description
Carbon Robotics is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to design the circuit boards for their revolutionary laserweeding TM. This role involves designing PCB for diverse applications including automated weed control, optimizing for manufacturing and using advanced techniques. The company invests heavily in AI, robotics, and advanced manufacturing, fostering a dynamic and collaborative team.
Requirements
- 8-15 years experience in PCB design for embedded systems and power electronics
- Expert proficiency in Altium Designer (v18+)
- Proficiency in embedded systems including microcontrollers, FPGAs, and communication interfaces
- Significant experience with power electronics layout including thermal management and high-current routing
- Experience with high-speed digital design (DDR interfaces, differential pairs, impedance control)
- Previous experience developing PCBs for agricultural/automotive/aerospace applications meeting strict environmental and regulatory requirements
