Requirements
- Consult with physician as needed.
- Prescribe treatment based on scope of practice.
- Assess and diagnose patient health through interviews, examinations, and testing.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Administer injections and immunizations.
- Educate patients and counsel them.
- Maintain safe working environment and adhere to regulations.
- Comply with legal and professional requirements.
- Must hold current Ohio Registered Nurse licensure and Certificate of Authority.
