Psychiatrist

Care Alliance is seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality, accessible, and compassionate healthcare experiences. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered trauma-informed care, including diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and behavioral health support. Requirements

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications with appropriate documentation.
• Provide brief psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with behavioral health staff.
• Adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines and organizational policies.
• Document all encounters in electronic medical record.
• Work with behavioral health staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Commitment to health equity, trauma-informed care, and working with underserved populations.
