Job Description
Ravenwood Specialty Care, a 100-bed long-term care skilled nursing community, is hiring an Admissions Coordinator. The role involves managing the resident admission process, working with hospitals and healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires strong relationship-building, marketing, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Nursing license (RN or LPN) highly preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, admissions, healthcare marketing, or social services is strongly desired
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private insurance requirements for admission
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
