Job Description
Heritage Specialty Care, a 201-bed long-term care skilled nursing community, is hiring an Admissions Coordinator to manage the resident admission process and ensure smooth transitions for residents.
Requirements
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, admissions, healthcare marketing, or social services
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private insurance requirements for admission
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
