Job Description
Heritage Specialty Care is hiring a Memory Program Coordinator to provide comprehensive care to residents with memory or cognitive impairment. The role requires experience working with residents or patients with memory or cognitive impairment and a strong commitment to helping others.
Requirements
- Experience working with residents or patients with memory or cognitive impairment
- Completion of Bachelors' Degree with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation, or Nursing, or Social Work
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) credential
- Working knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care
