The Denver Hospice has an immediate opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in the Inpatient Care Center on nights. The job involves providing patient hospice, palliative and home health care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
- One year of experience in hospice, palliative care and/or home health, medical/surgical, public health, oncology, acute care or home health
- Current Colorado LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of automobile insurance in accordance with state statute
