Job Description
Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care has an immediate opening for a Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in the hospice, palliative, and home health programs. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing and at least 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in nursing
- 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current Colorado RN and APN/NP licenses
- Board certified as Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner by the AANP or ANCC
- Valid Colorado state driver’s license
- Prescriptive authority and DEA number
- Current CPR certification
