Job Description
Colorado PACE has an immediate opening for a Personal Care Associate. This position provides participant care and home maintenance interventions, under the supervision of a designated member of IDT, as identified in the patient’s plan of care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of professional experience required, minimum one years' experience working with the frail and elderly population, home care, or geriatric experience
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
