Job Description
Care.com is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative (Ad Sales) to build client relationships and exceed revenue objectives. The role involves prospecting for potential clients, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, and effectively closing deals. It's a full-time, mid-level position demanding both cold calling and warm follow-up with potential clients, requiring a strong self-starter.
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales
- Experience with cold-calling sales
- Must commit to 100 dials, and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time, each day
- Organized and process-driven in approach
- Problem-solving & closing skills
- Ability to maintain accurate information on accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
