This role involves technical leadership, architecting the frontend, fostering collaboration with product, design, and analytics teams, and driving innovation in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience leading agile teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with modern web technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in a formal leadership role (engineering manager, staff engineer, tech lead, etc.).
- Understanding of agile methodologies and leadership skills.
- Passion for building great products.
- Fluency in English.
