Job Description
Contentful is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first web development team focusing on enhancing the management of their Content Management Platform. This role will drive scalability, performance, and governance systems for the CMS, enabling Enterprise organizations to manage and share content efficiently. The manager will partner with stakeholders across the business to align technical goals with business objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading development teams
- Proficiency in web technologies (TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js)
- Experience optimizing performance and scalability
- Experience with headless CMS platforms
- Collaboration across Product, Design, and other teams
- Strong mentoring and communication skills
