Job Description
Epidemic Sound is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Customer Platform team. This role will own and evolve the systems used to manage user accounts and entitlements across both individual creators and enterprise customers. The company fosters a strong engineering culture grounded in openness and collaboration, prioritizing knowledge sharing and team direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining backend systems
- Proven experience in at least one backend language, such as Java, Node.js, Kotlin or Go
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and system design principles
- Experience operating in cloud environments (GCP preferred, AWS also welcome)
- Experience working with modern CI/CD pipelines
- Willingness to work with Golang
