Selenium Automation Tester

We are seeking a skilled Selenium Automation Tester with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in automating web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, good programming fundamentals, experience working in Agile teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality automation scripts that support fast and reliable releases.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and JAVA
• Implement automation frameworks using POM, Page Factory, and best coding practices
• Create reusable functions and libraries for automation
• Automate and Maintain regression, smoke, and sanity test suites
• Analyse user stories and requirements to determine test scenarios and coverage
• Write and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data
• Validate test results, log defects, and track them to closure
• Integrate automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Work with version control systems like Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
• Work with developers, product owners, and QA team members to ensure quality across the SDLC
• Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, retros, etc.
• Share regular reports on test execution, test coverage, and automation progress
