Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in large change initiatives driven by the U.S. Treasury Clearing Mandate. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to independently lead project management or business-analysis activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement to support readiness for the SEC's U.S. Treasury Clearing Rules.
Requirements
- Defining and assessing new clearing access models (Direct, Sponsored, Agent Clearing).
- Enhancing front-to-back clearing and margin workflows across cash and repo products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Front Office, Treasury, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology.
- Conduct quality-assurance reviews on existing flows and identify efficiency opportunities.
