Delta Capita is seeking an exceptional Regional Structured Products Lead to establish and grow their new team in Hong Kong. The role offers the opportunity to shape their APAC presence and work with leading investment banks at the forefront of the structured products industry.
Requirements
- Build and lead a new structured products team in Hong Kong
- Partner directly with senior stakeholders across business, legal, and operations functions at our clients
- Drive local business growth, identifying and developing new client opportunities across the region
- Draft and enhance legal documentation templates
- Champion innovation and process improvement, leveraging technology to streamline and optimise structured product documentation workflows
- Collaborate globally with peers across EMEA, AMER, and APAC
