Job Description
CareHarmony is seeking an Implementation professional to join their team. The role involves onboarding new clients, customizing solutions to fit their needs, and providing training and support to ensure successful adoption. The position offers a fast-paced environment with collaboration with diverse teams and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation or project management role
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems or solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient in using project management tools and software
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience in training and onboarding clients is a plus
