Implementation Specialist (Remote - US)

This role provides a unique opportunity to guide healthcare organizations through the successful adoption of procure-to-pay software solutions. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle, from onboarding and data collection to configuration, training, and technical go-live support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare, technology, or software implementations
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects without direct authority
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
• High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through on deliverables
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment; calm under pressure
• Technology-savvy, proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel), and quick to learn new systems
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for operational excellence and problem resolution
