Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare, technology, or software implementations
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects without direct authority
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
- High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through on deliverables
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment; calm under pressure
- Technology-savvy, proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel), and quick to learn new systems
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for operational excellence and problem resolution
