Paralegal

Join Team CARFAX as a Paralegal! We're a mission-focused company that prides ourselves on accuracy and integrity. We're looking for a paralegal with at least five years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with excellent research and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program a plus
• At least five years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a law firm or in-house corporate legal department with significant and progressive responsibility
• Excellent legal and online research skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Detail-oriented, superior organizational skills and demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and take initiative when appropriate
• Strong work ethic with sound analytical and problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and LexisNexis
• Proven ability to work in a demanding environment, both independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to get things done
