CF is seeking a talented and innovative People and Talent Professional to join their People Team. This role will drive a strategic, data-informed talent agenda to align with the company objectives in Europe and the GCC, managing recruitment from headhunting through to hiring to leading talent development programs. The role involves acting as a line manager to a Resourcing Coordinator and delivering high-quality candidate experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Talent role with hands-on experience of recruitment and talent development within management consulting
