Job Description

Requirements
- 7–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience managing and developing high-performing recruiter teams
- Strong business acumen with understanding of how talent interventions support commercial outcomes
- Data-driven mindset with skill in analyzing pipeline metrics
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
