Shipboard Workforce Planner

The Shipboard Workforce Planner will align business plans with workforce needs, create forecasting and performance plans, and manage staffing requirements. This role involves staying organized, responding to inquiries, and providing future assignments to crew members. The Planner will work within a remote environment, occasionally requiring travel to the Carnival headquarters in Miami, FL.
