Job Description
The Shipboard Workforce Planner will align business plans with workforce needs, create and analyze forecasts, and plan for staffing requirements. This role involves strategic recommendations, crew management, and reporting to ensure efficient operations and crew movements. It's a remote position with limited travel.
Requirements
- Develop and drive workforce planning efforts.
- Create and execute plans to optimize and/or improve scheduling efficiencies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to decision-makers.
- Maintain crew personnel system.
- Prepare ad hoc reports.
- Identify course of action/recommendations relating to staffing deviations.
