Job Description
The Junior Food Buyer will focus on purchasing and delivering food products for assigned lines, adhering to company policies and procedures. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Purchasing or Vendor Management experience
- Marketing/Logistics experience preferred
- Understanding of grocery procurement, logistics, inventory management, marketing, accounting, and financial management
- Strong computer aptitude in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to take initiative and make fact-based decisions
- Ability to plan and organize effectively
