Patient Care Specialist Flex, Limited-Term

We're looking for a Patient Care Specialist to provide comprehensive, non-medical support to patients throughout their episode of care, serving as their biggest advocate and creating a welcoming and comforting end-to-end experience.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience as a care navigator, care coordinator, or customer services representative
• Excellent interpersonal skills: empathetic, courteous, friendly, helpful
• A natural understanding of what high-touch customer service and support entails
