Leasing Agent of Affordable Apartment Community

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Leasing Agent who will focus on leasing across a portfolio of apartment communities located in downtown Jacksonville, FL, in accordance with the Company’s values of communication, customer service and competency.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working with seniors a plus.
• Experience with affordable programs (LIHTC & HUD) required.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage OneSite
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, corporate team, residents).
