Job Description
Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Recertification Specialist to oversee the recertifications of an apartment community in downtown Jacksonville, FL, in accordance with the Company’s values of communication, customer service and competency.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working with seniors a plus
- Experience with affordable programs (LIHTC & HUD) required
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage OneSite
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, corporate team, residents)
